Still no power but reporting daily

<br> I have been logging calls from last week up until Today but unfortunately my issue has not been resolve, if I need the authorities to assist on my crises but they cant help then what do I have to do?I have send out email, s m s, phone calls and online fault log yet my house is still in the dark.City Power did came on Monday around 10 PM and they told me they cant solve my issues but they will send out Meter guys to take care of situation which on all my emails I have explained the situation,Last night I phoned(which I have been doing the past nights) again and was told they were coming which kept me awake until this morning when I received an s m s same as yesterday\s morning that reads"Respond"
