Six days without service

I have had 'limited' power at my house since last Sunday. I have reported it to City Power FIVE times and I'm still waiting for assistance. I have been 'cut off' by their call centre agents three times and told TWICE that "area outages/repairs should have cleared your problem, so we cancelled your case". My problem is not an 'area outage' it is at my house only.
