Shocking response from city power

The Electricity from 993a molopo street riverlea ext went off at 21:15pm on Saterday the 12 of June.I then called City power complaints department and log a call with them to send a after hour technician to come and resolve the problem but to no avail.The technician was dispatched but could not resolve the problem and told residents in the street that another team will be dispatched in the morning early. By 8am Sunday the 13 June I called City power technical dispatch Department again and the operator said that he could see the call was logged and will escalate the matter, to no avail by 12:30 PM I called again and the operator said that the call that I logged originally was closed ,then I requested the operator to open another call and to give the supervisor name that is on call name she said that his name is Brian Nomalo and the ref for the call was ref***.This tipe of response from standby technicians is uncalled for and I feel there is many Senior Citizens that really needs the electricity to be on please can anyone assist with this matter urgently
