shame on us

<p>we have been struggling with electricity from 16 january 2017. city power doesnt take people serious, they take time to pick up our calls and they also take time to respond to duty. i reported a case yesterday and i got my reference number c***7455 at 1****pm and even now im still in the dark in this cold weather, i tried everything i could but i feel like my efforts were useless........God bless everyone working for City power</p>
