Sewerage pipe burst at Nandi primary Diepkloof ext

I raised a claim for my house which was damaged by sewerage blocked pipes at Nandi primary school in Diepkloof ext. The water was running slowly from sewerage meter down to school yard and penetrating through my wall fence and garage wall. My garage wall and floor was wet and green in colour with a bad smell. I have references from municipality *** and *** and they came to unblock the pipes. Another ref from joburg water INS052/12. Reons no: *** and Joelin *** they both handled this case. I then phoned Advanced water proofing to assist because the place wasn't healthy for my family. They charged me R16672.50 for the whole job. I need your help in this problem. The principal and people from health department knows. They even said I must escalate this issue.
