Seriously - power outages in Elton Hill!

Seriously! It has happened that For the past weeks with loadshedding, we are either switched off 2 to 3 hours before the scheduled time and then it never comes back when it is supposed to, or when we are supposed to be on again it just continues to remain off. And this has happened per a pattern. Especially Sunday- Monday and Thursday- Friday. Again this morning, we are due to be back on, but surprise surprise we are not. The area is Elton Hill. We are off anything from seven hours to 21 hours at a time. This seems to be quite deliberate now. And complaining to city power does nothing.
