Sabotage by City Power employees

We have been experiencing electricity problem in Wilgeheuwel and surrounding areas for years now. In such an expensive neighbourhood this is totally unacceptable every week we are told of cable faults if not thefts we are beginning to think this is a deliberate sabotage by city power to the area. Its so not acceptable
