ROTTEN SERVICE

I have had no electricity since Monday this is besides load shedding. There is a 79 year old lady living on the premises and she needs to use oxygen, she is unable to do so due to the fact that there is no electricity. When there was electricity we were unable to use the water because when you touch the taps you end up shocking. I am concerned about this because there are small children at home and I find the situation absolutely dangerous. I have reported this to City Power reference CP***. A technician came out on Tuesday attended to the problem and an hour later the electricity was off again and is still off. Called City Power several times and nobody answers the phones. Reported on the website again reference on Wednesday CPWEB*** and CPWEB258777 called several times again nobody answers the phone. Eventually a neighbour gave me the ward councillors number and he too reported the electricity problem reference CP*** still nobody came to resolve the problem. I find this absolutely unacceptable as we are paying for a service. City Power is just do not care.
