Ripple Relay left me with no electricity for 7 day

City power had a contractor to install this Ripple relay device tht is suppose to save electricity but since then my main switch hv been tripping and it damaged my microwave, so I had to switch off all my plugs before it damages my fridge, we tried calling they said they will send a technician which they never did, I got the numbers of the contract guys whom he always say he is coming but never comes, I'm still unable to use my electricity even today yet I pay for it.
