Redicolous amount for card n metre not registered

These ppl are changing me a ridiculous amount when the card is not buying after their technician inserted a new metre. Have been trying to buy electricity at different outlets pnp, checkers n online it gave errors like the card is not registered. Now I'm been charged R10,000 for a fault which is not mine
