Re city power cable cut

Ciry power send one company to come and fix box in our community .wich whn the wr doing de cut our cable by mistake I cal them to come and fix it they come and dey didn't fix it and wet away we call them they didn't come since we have almost 2weeks without electricity they keep saying the are coming til today and food in de fridge is roten please help us on behalf of my mom
