RANDBURG POWER NOT RESTORED AFTER LOAD SHEDDING!!!!

Why is the power in Randburg being kept off for much longer than the scheduled loadshedding time??? Every day now for the past week the power in Randburg is NOT being switched on when load shedding ended!!! WHY IS THAT?????
