Randburg City Power is Useless

No during the pandemic when you get to the Randburg City Power offices they have a guy stand outside handing you a strip of paper as there system is down? The slip states that due to the pandemic they now have a email address for communication as they are doing their little bit to minimize possible transmission. What a joke the email"***" must be an unattended email as you will never receive feedback. Just as they stand around, eat, chat to each other and spend most of their working day on their cellphones inside the office. The so called new email is just a better way of doing less!!!
