Promises, promises, promises

How can the City of Johannesburg's City Power be unable to respond to a request to repair street lights that is over a year old. The response to requests used to be good, but has become non existent.

Despite promises to escalate nothing has happened. Originally logged as CPWEB ********** , on the 07-09-2016. This was closed, but never repaired. Then again CPWEB ********** on the 20-12-2016.
