Pre-paid Meter *********** all the time

We'll all I can say is we've been ********** on our pre-paid meter for way to long. As a bread winner, working with my mom and dad at home (two old pensioners) using electricity of R1200.00 up to R1600.00 per month. Geyser only on for two hours a day, Don't cook every day, how does one justify this. Apparently our meter are calibrated fast because of our area. This is unfair and unacceptable. We all **** the same !
