Power still off

<p>After calling every 2 hours about when the power to my complex would be restored, initially told 10pm, then when i called at 11:30 i was told that it would ve fixed shortly, they're in my area. </p> <p> </p> <p>Now a total of more than 8 hours of no powet, I'm told that it might take another 1-6 hours to be resolved! </p> <p> </p> <p>How is this acceptable by any stretch of imagination? </p>
