Power Service ,City Power Call Centre

City Power disregards customers calling in for electricity technical issues especially from Tshepisong, some of us are unemployed,if we call we are made to stay on the line for over an hour,where do we get the money for airtime?,moreover we never recieve any call back from the call back services.

So now us the residents of Tshepisong Phase 6,must remain in the dark over Christmas with our meat rotting in the fridge?,may we please kindly be treated like all the other residents of JHB,can our technical issues please verify attended to!
