Power outage since Sunday

We have been without power since Sunday in Eldorado Park, ext 1. Half my street has power. I have logged multiple calls, some are completed and others are in an accepted status. I am.working from home but unable to do so, due to no power. The city power Twitter page indicates power to Eldorado Park has been restored but that's not the case for us. My recent ***.
