Power Outage

On Monday night there was a power outage, and they claimed to have it fixed on Wednesday at 16:30 but its now Thursday morning and the whole street has no power. I have a 6-month baby in the house and how can that work ? Meat is rotting in the fridge Their call centre takes forever to answer and when they do they just become dead silent , till one drops the calls This is just sickening honestly
