Power not restored

Good day.<br> <br> About 2 weeks ago there was some power problems within our area due to a transformer or something that has gotten damaged. Since then the power to the neighbors and surroundings have been restored but ours have not been restored. We have logged numerous calls for this to be fixed with the request that the technician to please phone when they are on their way for some one to be at home when they arrive and that has not happened and the call gets closed. We have in the mean time suffered about R4000 worth of loss due to food that has gone bad.<br> <br> The last 2 reference numbers we have is: ***5 and ***6<br> <br> Can my power be restored as soon as possible
