Power Constantly on and off in Malvern East at night

I stay in Malvern East area and had many power cuts for 3 years, temporary fixes but no permanent solutions have been made, appliances are damaged and power never gets fixed and takes 2 weeks to come on, power bill is high but funny thing is there is no power most of the time but power bills stay the same amount, it's a joke, shortcuts are always being made.Power is on and off constantly through the night and everyone is wondering when will it be fixed, if you ask me , I would say if it can't be fixed within 3 years then it will never be fixed.
