Poor Unreliable Customer Service

Dear City Power, I have logged multiple tickets to resolve my issue CPWEB***,CPWEB***, CPWEB***,CPWEB*** ,CPWEB***,CPWEB***. Non of your apparent technicians have been able to assist as I have been without power since the 5/8/2022, It is simple run a temp Cable over head to my property or dig up the Tar and lay a new Cable, Your service is worse than pathetic as all that gets done is close tickets and nobody takes responsibility.
