POOR SERVICE - TECHNICIANS

We have had a voltage rotation for the electricity on our property. Made numerous calls yet problem persists. Call center is ridiculous in their waiting period and no technician has been to our property since it was reported a week ago. Very frustrating as we cannot switch on bare minimum appliances. I was given the area manager's number but no response from him.
