Poor Service - Logged call CPWEB***

<p>City Power came to fix street lights in Turffontein on 12/6/2016 and left several house in Ferreira Street without lights for more than 24 hrs. I logged a call on Sunday at 10am, and to date the electricity is still not ON. Tried to follow up my logged call waited one hour via the call centre only to have my call being answered with no feedback and poor service of putting the phone down on me. This is an on going problem in my area where we get affected without power weekely. Our meters have money and our accounts are paid YET City Power does not give us the service they meant too. We don't have the service, our fridges defrost, and appliances get broken yet nobody cares and council will not replace the things that our damaged due to the poor service they give their comunity.</p>
