Poor service from city power Roodeport branch

City power has poor customer service . I had an issue with the meter box I was using and they came to change it by their technical team and I had units that i had bought which I needed to claim back to the new meter I was given and their call center said I should go to city power Roodeport and I did and was advised my units will be put back into the meter after 3 days which they never did when you call them you will wait on call for more than 30 minutes as if their call center there is only one person working . They have poor service and I m very dissapointed by this I m left with little units on the meter so I cannot use my geyser as they do not want to replace my units and I have provided all they were looking for the phone number I was given to call for follow up is always on voice mail which is *** and when you call and ask for a call back you will never get called . When i was there taking documents there were a lot of people going there with complains they have poor service.
