Poor service from City Power!!!

I have had the worst service with City Power. I have not had electricity since the 22nd of November and every time I call to have this issue resolved, I am being sent from pillar to post without clear directions. No one knows what they are doing.

I have been calling every day since the power outage and ONLY TWO TECHNICIANS were sent to my home since the 22nd. Both of them spent less than 10 minutes each and did not bother to investigate what the cause of the power outage is and just left to rush to the next case.

I have been given so many reference numbers which don't mean anything at this point. They keep promising to send more technicians to fix the outage and nothing happens. Meaning that I have to call again and start the process of logging a call and getting a reference number.

City Power and its employees don't care about the citizens of this country. I am tired of not having electricity.

Poor service! Poor support!
