Poor service delivery

As a law abiding, service paying individual i am utterly disgusted by City Power's lack of service delivery. I live in an area fed by the Bellevue and Observatory substations. We have been without power for 48 hours now and have experienced similar durations of darkness at least six time during this year. Everyone in our complex, on our street and in the neighbourhood has lost thousands upon thousands on Rands in perishables. There is a heat wave currently and these sick false promises of restoring power are a LIE. Driving past the substation has proved that no one is on duty, attempting to solve anything. When the same situation occurred three weeks ago, City Power had the nerve to post a video of a worker testing OIL at the substation. The colleague was laughter and all jokes. How sick is for service delivery to be this poor. Someone call the manager!
