Poor service delivery and rude employees

Zakhele Nongwane from city power call center is rude and won't even listen to customers. I've been without power for 5 days and he added on my frustration on top of their incompetence with loads of disrespect. At first he hung up on me. I called back and for misfortune he again took my call. We don't need such behavior from your employees on top of every other poor service delivery
