Poor service delivery

City power is very unreliable, been having a power outage since Saturday 31st been logging numerous calls and emails with no response or feedback. Thus far we have suffered a significant amount of of money and food rotting in the fridge. I'm very upset as this effects me negatively especially with the pendemic that already caused harm in its own way
