Poor Service and Unprofessionalism!!!!!

<p>There was no electricity for one week in the Flat that I own, I asked your technician who called me and asked me for the address why doesn't he have the address because It should be on the system, he started Swearing and insulting my parents, this is unacceptable, his details are ********** 109 I also went to the operations department last Friday and now they are Helping with the electricity situation, apart from this 2 of your technicians I contacted said that they're coming to analyse and Sort it out but haven't. I am extremely angered by this Unprofessional behaviour shown by your employees</p>
