Poor service

Ive had no power since Saturday due to a disconnected circuit breaker at the pole on the municipal side. A call was logged on Saturday, today is Tuesday and I'm still being told a certain Thabo is coming to fix. Ive had 6 phone calls, between Sunday and Monday, promising that a technician is on the way. Ive gone to depots and other CoJ offices but nothing happens. I've lost over R1500 of groceries, mostly meat, and i don't have money to buy again. This has put my family under tremendous strain as my wife works from hime and can't do so without electricity. I don't know what more to do
