Poor low grade service from an institution that demands top rates.

My review is simply to ask City power who are they trying to bull****. My issue is on Thursday morning 24 Dec 2020 at around 2;30 am City power Jhb decides to cut power. No warning on the eskom se push app. The outage lasted until 13:30 the afternoon. Now the bull**** part is they say on Radio 702 that certain areas are with out power due to as they put it load reduction in so called high density areas. Common sense tells me that load reduction is the new word to replace load shedding.. As load reduction and load shedding are one and the same thing. Furthermore the areas named under the load reduction schedule did not include the old South of Jhb. Eg Turffontein and parts of Rosettenville. My biggest gripe is they that is City power Jhb demand you pay up before they reconnect you but those that do pay are rail roaded into paying for those that don't pay. What do City power think we as rate payers are? A bunch of idiots? City of Jhb must start delivering on its services instead of making demands from those of us who are paying. Fix up your useless inaccurate accounting system City of Jhb.
