Poor customer service

<p>I have log a report on the 7th of october 2017 and promise that someone would be at my place within 6 hours until now no one was come. I called and a lady answered the call at 16:58 pm and she doesn't know when will they arrive I must just wait without a proper explanation. Ref no is cp112748</p>
