****ed off would be an understatement

I’m not the owner of the house we live in. So when City Power comes knocking, I always tell them to come back when the owner is around. I give them exact times. I also gave the owner the letter that was given to me. The owner then proceeds to call this person to set up an appointment. Appointment time comes, appointment time goes. Okay maybe they thought it was for tomorrow. Appointment time comes again and goes again. Then all of a sudden they put the damn lights off.

Once the lights are off the idiot decides to come and do a meter reading but doesn’t put the lights back on. 6 DAMN HOURS later their arrogant ****tards come through and say they put the lights off for access sake?! And then the asshole wants to stand and laugh at me?! This is unacceptable!!
