PENSIONER WITH NO POWER !

I am absolutely appalled by the service from C.O.J. My father a pensioner of 82 has been without power since Friday Night. Today is Monday evening and still no power - reported on Saturday Morning tel *** ref ***0. Outstanding bill query is not resolved ref ***. Reported ******* connection in April and still nothing done - time to go to the media! And as for Brian and his team at the call centre they are useless !!!!
