Payment made but no installation

Good day <br> <br> I am very frustrated with the service or lack thereof, I have been receiving from City Power. <br> I paid for a meter to be installed at my house on the 09/09/2015. But I have been sent from pillar to post.<br> I no longer know what to do. I spoke to Thabisile, Sweden and Bruce, none of these people were able to help me.<br> <br> Regards,
