Pathetic useless and no good service.

I report cable theft Sunday morning 06:07am I am still waiting for them to respond. You call the call centre all the voice prompt says is they experiencing high call volume. Nothing else, phone any other number they give the same story. I'm a paying customer my rates is upto date and so is my electricity. What sick jokes are they playing and wonder why there's service delivery protest? My reference no is CP ***.
