Pathetic Service from City Power

We lost power last week Saturday (14-08-2021) and logged a call with City Power for assistance. Needless to say that until today, we still do not have power and we've had to dispose off our perishable products from our fridges. Their Technicians are so *********, they changed the status of the calls logged to "closed, supply restored" without even attending to the problem. Just for the record, these are the reference numbers to the calls mentioned above (CP*** and CP***). Pathetic service from City Power
