Pathetic service from city power, 28hrs without electricity.

Talk about a company that does not fullfil its promise, CPWEB*** was logged yesterday around 7:30pm, it's now 9:00pm the next day and still no electricity, The complex next to us has electricity it's been an hour or so. We request feedback, we not getting any joy. 24hrs without electricity while working from home is a nightmare, everything is flat now battery wise, Tomorrow I have to be inconvenienced and go to either the office or get a house with electricity. My boss thinks I am making excuses now with electricity it's alarming. We paying electricity but the service we get is appalling.
