PATHETIC SERVICE DELIVERY FROM CITY POWER

We haven't had power since Friday, and we have been calling, sending messages on Twitter, and logging calls, and the calls are getting resolved without any resolution. Other people get answered in seconds, after sending in queries but no resident for Newlands has been getting a Response since. We need to beg them to answer us, for the service we are paying for. We are supposed to keep quiet, and not say anything. We have food in our fridges, we have kids that we need to feed, and they are unbothered. This is really bad, and they are the worst when it comes to responses. The worst customer service ever. They are pretty much getting paid for nothing.
