Pathetic service city power

Pathetic service There's a fault with our meter. We have no electricity for the past 38 hours. We called yesterday at 11am got a reference number after 30 mins online for someone to assist.we were told it will take 4-6 hours for a team to be dispatched. We then called again at 5pm as no one as attended to the call. After waiting a further 20 mins we were told they are handling a backlog from Wednesday and the call hasn't been updated and told someone should be out by 11pm. Its now 5pm the next day and no one has come out. The call center was called numerous but to no avail. How am I supposed to work from home The meter says tampered yet we buy electricity legally Bull **** service. The reason the country is going down hill
