Pathetic service - City of Johannesburg

<p>So every Tuesday evening for the past 3 weeks we have been without electricity - just our street Kemphaan Street in Florida Lake then Sunday 16 July 2017 we were without electricity for the whole day. Take note just our area. I phoned ********** and spoke to Wendy to ask if they can investigate the reason for the unplanned power outages in our street she wonderfully (note the sarcasm) advises that no one has reported the power outage - my word what was the damn point of my call. Can you please arrange for the unplanned power outage to be investigated or a technician to go out to the area - 18 Kemphaan Street Florida Lake 1709 NC Minnis</p>
