Viscounts Avenue next to the Windsor East Recreation Centre hasn't had power since Tuesday evening. Today is day 5, despite multiple calls logged by all the complexes affected, no progress. Your technician came on Friday afternoon and discovered a cable had burned and needed replacing, he left to go buy a new one and never came back till today which is Sunday. Your service is appalling!!
