Pathetic Service

Five days in a row without power. I raised 3 tickets on their website and all of them were merely closed off without anything being done. Upon making phone calls, one has to wait for more than an hour before the call is taken. These tickets were also just closed off without anything being done. Pathetic service. Must be the worst Service Provider in the world!
