Pathetic service

We had a very bad experience when trying to get help from city power, the service there is terrible and disgusting service from the so called friendly agents. We have been without electricity since Saturday and no one came to see what the issue was instead we ate being disrespected by the stupid girl. I have had it you people are useless!
