Pathetic customer service. Website is full of promises of all the great services. Only one contact number is supp**** though, but trying to get someone to answer or assist.....ABSOLUTELY NO CHANCE!! Tried a few times, hold the line for up to 20mins, no interest to assist. PATHETIC! And this issue I wanted to address is regarding substandard service received which affect me as a paying customer!!! Cannot even register for e-services....the website gives an error!
