So Last Night our lights in STORMBERG Ave in Bosmont have been off due to the Street light box exploded. Many calls have been logged with City Power since last night and they close the ticket numbers saying its been resolved when nobody has come out.

So I did my investigation as I work as an investigator to find out that they closing tickets so that everytime you have to log a new ticket this in turn shows that the ticket is not open for 48 hours.

Everytime. You log a new ticket you have to wait 48 hours. Now let's see you close our tickets think we stupid because it only allows you 1 hour to respond to that closed ticket and say issue not resolved.

This is a flaud system and I suggest you get your ****en asses to Bosmont and fix the fucme issue in Stormberg Avenue. I will come to city power and then you can test me if another ****en ticket is closed
