Pathetic and useless city Power service

It is absolutely disgusting and disappointing to know that even though some areas only logged faults later on in the day, their issues and power was resolved within the hour as per Twitter responses.

We don't have lights in lenasia south for more than 16 hours. I have logged numerous calls. Escalated a number of times and tweeted excessively. I don't understand how do some areas take priority over others. We are struggling ourselves and yet no response, no one bothers to do anything about our small area.

What do we need to do to get some feedback from a company that is supposed to be taking care of the community. The sites are absolutely useless. No responses are received. The call center will have you holding for hours. The tweets only cater to certain people. And only some people get responses. What **** is that. How do people talk about a diverse and fair nation when there's nothing fair about getting the most fair treatment. Why is it that other places come first even though their calls are logged hours after mine?????????
