Pathetic and useless call center

I have been dealing with your call center from 6pm on the 3rd of June till now 5am 4th June regarding a technical fault. I called more than 10 times and was put on hold for 30 min in one of the calls which I have record of. Your staff is useless and clueless unless and have no desire to be of assistance to clients. In the other calls the same person would just answer and mute my calls. This is the most atrocious service I've ever received. I'm not sure how well move forward as a country if our public servants behave like this but still expect to be paid as if they are in a 1st world country. I wonder how many other people get this kind of service. My kids can't even prepare well for their exam due to this *********** work force. No one can give me a turn around time and I'm told 6hrs is just an estimate this can go for more than 24hrs. All I can say is thanks COJ for this nonsense.
