Ongoing Power Outages and Unresolved Service

I am writing to formally express my deep disappointment and frustration with the ongoing power outages affecting our building (Carlton View) at Von Wielligh street, Marshalltown . Since December 2024, we have experienced multiple power cuts, with the electricity being restored only for brief periods before another outage occurs.

The inconsistency and prolonged outages have caused significant disruption, and it is deeply concerning that, despite being diligent in paying for our electricity, we continue to face such unreliable service. It feels as though our payments are being disregarded, especially when we compare this to areas where residents who do not pay for electricity are receiving more consistent service. This situation is incredibly unfair and has had a substantial impact on both our daily lives and business operations.
